Terms & Conditions
- The ProtiLife FREE PRODUCT FOR 7 DAYS PROGRAM is available to subscribers to the QuickLoss or Slim-down program with auto-delivery only.
- Choice of products for the free
product offer will be at the discretion of ProtiLife management, unless
customer contacts a ProtiLife Customer Care specialist and submits a
request for specific products from the available selection in writing.
Requests for customized product must be received 10 business days prior
to the 3rd scheduled shipment.
- If, for any reason you are
dissatisfied with your ProtiLife products, you can call Customer Care to
arrange for an exchange of products. Only unopened boxes may
be exchanged. To exchange product, you will need to generate a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return all unopened product.
Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees for return
and exchange.
- If you cancel your program prior to receipt of the 3rd auto-delivery shipment, the 7 day free product offer is null and void.
- The 7 day free product offer is subject to ProtiLife ‘s general Terms & Conditions
- The 7 day free product offer is
a one-time offer and cannot be combined with other offers. This offer
cannot be renewed, transferred or applied to existing ProtiLife
