ProtiLife provides its services to you subject to the Terms and Conditions contained in this Service Agreement which contains important health information, billing terms for ProtiLife's QuickLoss and Slim-down weight loss programs and the terms and conditions of our promotions, return policy and satisfaction guarantee. If you visit or shop at the ProtiLife website you accept these Terms and Conditions.
The contents of this Website, including the text, graphics, images, and information obtained from ProtiLife 's third-party content providers, sponsors, suppliers, and licensors (collectively "Providers"), and any other materials are to be used for informational purposes only.
By registering to use the site or by purchasing ProtiLife product, you represent that you have reached the age of majority where you live and that you have the legal ability to accept these Terms and Conditions and to use the site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
All contents on the ProtiLife site is copyrighted and may not be reproduced, redistributed or published without the express written consent of ProtiLife. You agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the site.

Our weight loss program is not intended to meet the needs of individuals living with diabetes. If you are an individual living with diabetes, you agree to participate in a ProtiLife program only with the express consent of your physician.
If you do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use or access this website. ProtiLife reserves the right to refuse or cancel your program due to certain medical conditions, including those listed above. We also reserve the right to cancel your program should you violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions, or any other posted policy on the Website.
AUTO-DELIVERY PROGRAM
Your ProtiLife weight loss program with Auto-delivery helps to ensure that you never run out of ProtiLife products while on your program. With Auto-delivery, your credit card will be charged for your first 4 week shipment of your specified plan upon enrolling in your selected ProtiLife program (the 'order submission date') and then every 28 days thereafter for subsequent 4 week shipments in accordance with your plan, until you choose to discontinue your subscription. The initial 4 week order is non-cancellable and non-refundable. Subsequent 4-week kits can be customized with all of your favorite products by filling out the 'Customized order Form' in the 'My Program' section of the site. The monthly Cutoff Time to customize your next kit, change your program or cancel a subscription is 10 business days prior to the next scheduled shipment. Any changes to your order/plan need to be made prior to the Cutoff Time. Your ProtiLife products will be automatically shipped to you and your credit card will be charged in accordance with your plan every 28 days unless you contact us prior to your order's Cutoff Time. Although ProtiLife makes every reasonable effort to deliver items you've requested for your order, please note that product availability may change without notice. ProtiLife reserves the right to substitute a similar item in your order. These Programs are available in the continental USA only.
SPECIAL OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS – TERMS & CONDITIONS:
From time to time, ProtiLife may offer trial memberships, free product offers or gift offers for weight loss plans & products. Terms and conditions of trial memberships or free gift offers are expressly stated during the sign-up process. Activation of trial membership requires a valid credit card, which will be billed at the end of the trial unless you cancel first. Once the free trial period ends, you are subject to the terms and conditions governing the billing cycle you chose. A Free trial offer is a one-time offer and cannot be combined with other offers. This offer cannot be renewed, transferred or applied to existing ProtiLife accounts.
EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Customers may make changes to their program or selection of products for any of their monthly shipments so long as the changes are made 10 days prior to the next shipment. Changes may be made by calling customer service at
1-888-743-7768. Changes will stay in effect for subsequent months until you move on to the next phase of the program or until the subscription is canceled. You may cancel your membership any time by calling
1-888-743-7768. Your membership will be set to cancel at the end of your effective billing cycle so long as you cancel 10 days prior to your next shipment.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ProtiLife product, you can
return unopened boxes of product and we will refund you for the number of boxes
returned based on your order price, less shipping and handling. In order to obtain a refund, you must call Customer Service at
1-888-743-7768 to obtain a
Return merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and
return the completed form with the unopened boxes. You are responsible for shipping and handling costs for the
return of product. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the
returned items. Credits will be applied within 14 days after your return is processed, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Also please note that we will not be responsible for any bank or credit card fees that you may incur. A credit for the returned product will only be applied to the same method of payment to which the original sale was made.
