A small amount of water is ok.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Combine all ingredients in a large food processor. Mix for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Stop to scrape down the sides and process for another minute. Then high five yourself, you&#8217;re done! How easy was that?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<h4>Sandwich:<\/h4>\n<h6 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Ingredients:<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">8 slices bread<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">\u00bd cup vegan pesto<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">\u2153 cup marinated semi-dried tomatoes<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">\u00bd cup vegan mozzarella<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tsp balsamic glaze<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">4 tbsp vegan butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Instructions:<\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Spread 2 tbsp vegan pesto on 4 slices of bread. Divide the tomatoes and cheese among the four slices.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Put a griddle pan over medium heat. Drizzle each slice with \u00bd tsp balsamic glaze, then top with the remaining bread.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Spread the outsides of the sandwiches with 1 tbsp vegan butter each.
