We use Purolator services for delivery across Canada. All orders are processed in the morning from Monday to Friday, except holidays. Allow for 2 to 5 working days within Quebec and Ontario and 5 working days for the Maritimes and Western Canada. Shipments are made Monday through Friday except on holidays.
Once your weight loss goal is reached, it’s important not to return to unbalanced habits. That’s why once you’ve completed the Active Plan, you must move on to the Transition phase and then onto the final weight loss Maintenance phase, in order to gradually reintroduce foods that were previously limited.
