You can follow the ProtiLife weight loss program until you reach your weight loss goal. Once that’s done, you will move into the Transition phase for 5 days, then onto the Maintenance phase to make sure you keep off the weight!

During the first 2 weeks, you could lose up to 11 pounds! Then, until you reach your goal, you can expect a continuous weight loss of between 2 and 3 pounds per week. Weight loss varies from one individual to another depending on sex, amount of excess weight, physical activity, age, metabolism and hormones.

Our weight loss program is virtually foolproof unless, of course, you do not follow the recommendations. For optimal results, it’s important to respect the dietary program and to eat the recommended nutritional supplements and foods. Don’t forget to exercise roughly 3 times a week.

Once your weight loss goal is reached, it’s important not to return to unbalanced habits. That’s why once you’ve completed the Active Plan, you must move on to the Transition phase and then onto the final weight loss Maintenance phase, in order to gradually reintroduce foods that were previously limited. Your ProtiLife program will provide all the tips and tools you need to make your diet healthy and enjoyable.
