Ingredients
- 2 large Chicken breasts
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup Flour
- ½ tsp Chili powder
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- ½ tsp Salt
Sauce
- 41 g Sun dried tomatoes
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Spinach
- 3 cloves Garlic
- ¾ tsp Chili powder
- ¾ tsp Black pepper
- ¾ tsp Salt
Instructions
- Mix all the dry seasoning for chicken breasts until evenly distributed.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the dry seasoning mix.
- In a pan fry, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Fry the chicken until golden and nice.
- After the chicken breasts are cooked, turn off the heat and set aside.
- For the sauce, stir fry garlic using oil that is used to fry chicken breasts in medium heat until golden.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes and heavy cream.
- Then add parmesan cheese, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until evenly distributed.
- Add spinach then stir gently until the spinach wilts.
- Add the cooked chicken breast, then mix the chicken with sauce.
