Keto Pancakes

There is nothing better than having a pancakes for breakfast. In addition to being simply delicious, our recipe is 100% ketogenic!


    • 1 cup of almond flour
    • 1/4 cup coconut flour
    • 2 tbsp. sweetener (monk fruit or stevia)
    • 1 tsp. baking powder
    • 5 eggs
    • 1/3 cup almond milk (or your choice)
    • 1/4 cup avocado oil
    • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    • 1/4 tsp. salt


  1. In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients together. Then add the milk and the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Preheat an oiled pan put on medium-low to medium heat.
  4. With a spoon, put the mixture onto the pan. 
  5. Cook for about 1 to 2 minutes per side
  6. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
  7. You can add some blueberries, chia seeds and coconut cream!
