Smoothie Recipe – rich in iron and in healthy fats

This delicious smoothie rich in iron and in healthy fats is perfect for your busy mornings!

Ingredients :⁠

- 75 ml of unsweetened coconut milk 🥥

- 125 ml of unsweetened⁠ almond milk

- 1/2 avocado (frozen)  🥑⁠ 

- 2 teaspoons of pumpkin⁠ seeds

- A small handful of fresh⁠ spinach

Préparation :⁠

1. Place ingredients in blender for smooth, creamy texture. ⁠
